it's a fine line to tread between accountability and good governance and how much freedom I'm willing to sacrifice.
after all, no government is perfect.

usually, giRaffe tend to favour much more on the freedom side.
give me freedom and I might close half an eye on your accountability but if you cannot be accountable, and you still want to grip people tightly by their throats, I think that is way too much.

I also think we are way too small to achieve equilibrium in the long run.
Too small for diversity.
To be sustainable, there has to be a certain population.
But for our population to achieve enough numbers to be sustainable, we won't have enough for diversity.
And people with differences will want to move out.
And the country has to take new people in for sustenance.
But that will upset the equilibrium, that is if one can achieve equilibrium in the first place.
